Shipping

Within Germany: €5.00, free shipping for orders over €200.00.
Within the European Union: €15.00.
Europe: €20.00. We only deliver to all other countries upon request.

We use the services of DHL and DPD for shipping.

Attention: we only deliver to all countries outside the European Union without paying customs and taxes.

For returns, please select a service of your choice. The costs for this must be borne by the customer himself.

Customs duties and taxes within the European Union

No additional taxes or duties are due for all goods shipped within the European Union.

Customs duties and taxes outside the European Union

We would like to point out that customs duties and additional costs may apply for orders outside the EU. These are to be borne by the customer. The item prices and delivery costs are therefore stated as net prices.

Shipping times

We check each order personally to prevent any overlap. The exams take place during our business hours, which are: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you send an order request outside of these times, it will be processed as soon as possible.

National shipping: We ship the goods within 2-4 days after receipt of payment.

International shipping: We ship the goods within 4-6 days after receipt of payment.

Depending on the volume of orders, there may unfortunately be delays in the processing and shipping process. We apologize for this. The usual transit times of the respective shipping companies apply. Unfortunately, no claims can be made for longer shipping times caused by the shipping service provider.

Return

You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As soon as we receive your return, it will be checked carefully. After verification, you will receive the refund to the payment method you chose when paying. This can take up to 10 days. We ask for your understanding and thank you for your patience.
