shipping costs
Within Germany: 6.00€, free shipping for orders over 200.00€.
Within the European Union: 15,00€.
Europe: 20,00€.
We only deliver to all other countries upon request.
We use the DHL and DPD services for shipping.
We will cover the costs for return shipping within Germany.
Attention: If the value of the goods falls below 200€ due to a return, shipping costs of 6.00€ will be charged.
For returns within the EU, please select a service of your choice. The costs for this are to be borne by the customer.
We only deliver to countries outside the European Union duty-unpaid and tax-unpaid.
Customs and taxes within the European Union
No additional taxes or duties are due for all goods shipped within the European Union.
Customs and taxes outside the European Union
Please note that customs duties and additional costs may apply for orders outside the EU. These are to be borne by the customer. The item prices and delivery costs are therefore stated as net prices.

Important information about delivery times
We personally check each order to avoid overlapping. Checks take place during our business hours, which are: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If you send an order request outside of these hours, it will be processed as soon as possible.
National shipping: We ship the goods within 2-4 days after receipt of payment.
International Shipping: We ship the goods within 4-6 days after receiving payment.
Depending on the volume of orders, there may unfortunately be delays in the processing and shipping process. We apologize for this. The usual delivery times of the respective shipping companies apply. Unfortunately, no claims can be made for longer shipping times caused by the shipping service provider.

We have moved away from paper return receipts. All returns can now be processed online.

How can I return items?
1. Enter your order number and email address in the fields and click "Start".
2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
3. Please note that one return must be registered per package.
4. Now state the reason for the return. In the event of a complaint or incorrect delivery, you can upload pictures and add comments.
5. You can download a DHL label provided by us
6. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping label.
7. Take your return to a parcel drop-off point and keep the shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
Please note the following points so that we can process your return.
- We can only refund the returned items specified via the returns form.
- You can return your ordered items within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
- The labels and hangtags must not be removed.
You can cancel your order within 14 days. As soon as we receive your return, it will be carefully checked. After checking, you will receive the refund using the payment method you selected when paying. This can take up to 10 days. We ask for your understanding and thank you for your patience.
