shipping costs
Within Germany: 6.00€, free shipping for orders over 200.00€.
Within the European Union: 15,00€.
Europe: 20.00€. We only deliver to all other countries on request.
We use the DHL and DPD services for shipping.
Please note: we only deliver to countries outside the European Union duty-unpaid and tax-unpaid.
For return shipping, please select a service of your choice. The customer is responsible for the costs.
Customs and taxes within the European Union
No additional taxes or duties are due for all goods shipped within the European Union.
Customs and taxes outside the European Union
Please note that customs duties and additional costs may apply for orders outside the EU. These are to be borne by the customer. The item prices and delivery costs are therefore stated as net prices.
shipping times
We personally check each order to avoid overlapping. Checks take place during our business hours, which are: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If you send an order request outside of these hours, it will be processed as soon as possible.
National shipping: We ship the goods within 2-4 days after receipt of payment.
International Shipping: We ship the goods within 4-6 days after receiving payment.
Depending on the volume of orders, there may unfortunately be delays in the processing and shipping process. We apologize for this. The usual delivery times of the respective shipping companies apply. Unfortunately, no claims can be made for longer shipping times caused by the shipping service provider.

You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As soon as we receive your return, it will be carefully checked. After checking, you will receive the refund using the payment method you selected when paying. This can take up to 10 days. We ask for your understanding and thank you for your patience.
